Fitting Solutions

• The main goal of this fit is to place the rider in a neutral riding position, with focus placed on comfort, safety, and injury prevention.

• Basic assessment of positioning with focus of the cleat position, saddle (fore/aft/height/angle) and handlebars/stem position.

• An in-depth interview to learn your goals, history, and any medical issues or restrictions.

• Physical body assessment, with particular focus on feet, knees, hips, back, and neck.

• Range of motion and flexibility tests are used to determine your biomechanical abilities and limitations.

• On-bike evaluation, starting at the foot/pedal interface and moving up through the kinetic chain, making changes to position and components to achieve rider goals.

• Follow-up session within three months for re-evaluation and make any necessary adjustments if needed.

*All Premium Fit service prices include a set of G8 Shoe Insoles. If the client already has an appropriate set of insoles or orthotics, a discount will be applied.

• These fits are more time intensive as the bicycles are more complex and involve more positional considerations.

• This usually occurs after 3-4 weeks after the initial fit. During this appointment we will discuss any issues and address them, if possible.

• Must be completed within 3 months of your Premium fit.
